All of the information which you provide to us is securely processed through the Shopify gateway. We follow industry standards in safeguarding your information and take the utmost care to ensure that any information that you provide is only seen by the people who need to see it.
We check all of our items prior to shipping but in the unlikely event that your product arrives faulty then we have a 30 day returns policy to protect you. Please email us immediately if this occurs and we will organize a return or refund although we do ask that you provide proof of the fault so videos or pictures would be appreciated.
Our advertising process is painstakingly checked every step of the way but if you feel that we have not advertised a product correctly or you aren't 100% happy with it then we will accept returns up to 30 days after your order being placed.
